Responsibilities
- Research and analyze state/federal legislation impacting social services programs
- Develop policy recommendations through data modeling and stakeholder interviews
- Prepare comprehensive briefings for legislative committees and agency leadership
- Coordinate interdepartmental initiatives to improve service delivery efficiency
- Monitor policy implementation outcomes and recommend corrective actions
- Lead public engagement sessions to gather community input on proposed policies
- Manage grant compliance for federally funded programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Social Work, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government/nonprofit sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable policy
- Experience with Oklahoma legislative processes preferred
- Strong written communication skills with policy briefing examples
- Ability to maintain security clearance for sensitive data handling
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
