Responsibilities
- Analyze complex labor market trends and develop data-driven policy recommendations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in government policy analysis or workforce development

- Proven track record of developing successful policy recommendations
- Knowledge of Texas workforce systems and labor market data
- Strong written/verbal communication with legislative experience preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license required for statewide travel
