- Monitor federal and state legislation affecting workforce development programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, R, or Python)
- Deep understanding of Texas labor market systems and workforce regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and public policy advocacy
- Valid Texas driver's license required
