Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy frameworks aligned with state legislative priorities
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative research using advanced analytics tools

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government sector

- Demonstrated success in developing policy recommendations with measurable outcomes
- Superior written/verbal communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and ability to travel statewide
- Professional certification (e.g., PPFP, CPP) preferred
