Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state legislation and regulations for implementation feasibility in Philadelphia
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research on public policy impacts using SPSS and R
- Develop policy briefs and recommendations for legislative review
- Collaborate with state agencies and Philadelphia municipal offices
- Present findings to executive leadership and legislative committees
- Monitor policy outcomes and recommend adjustments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years policy analysis experience in government/nonprofit
- Expertise in quantitative research methods and data visualization
- Proficiency with legislative tracking systems (e.g., LegiScan)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania state government structure
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
