Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and legislative recommendations for City Council review

- Monitor federal and state regulatory changes affecting municipal operations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of government policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Oklahoma government procurement certification preferred
- Proven experience with municipal budget development processes
- Strong understanding of Oklahoma state statutes and local governance structures
