Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze complex state policies with measurable impact metrics
- Lead cross-departmental task forces to implement legislative mandates
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using advanced data visualization tools
- Prepare executive briefings for state legislators and agency leadership
- Manage stakeholder engagement with community organizations and industry partners
- Oversee budget allocation analysis for $50M+ portfolios
- Ensure compliance with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) and administrative rules
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for data analysis
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-stakeholder projects
- Knowledge of Oregon state government structure and processes
- Valid Oregon driver's license
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
