- Monitor policy outcomes and adjust strategies as needed
- Represent the state in stakeholder negotiations and public forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of government policy analysis experience
- Expertise in statistical analysis and policy modeling software
- Proven ability to draft legislative proposals and regulatory frameworks
- Strong understanding of Illinois government operations
- Professional certification in public policy (CPPP or equivalent) preferred
