Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy impacts using data modeling and stakeholder interviews

- Present findings to legislative committees and executive leadership
- Manage policy implementation timelines and compliance frameworks
- Lead public engagement forums and report synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years policy analysis experience in government sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, Python)
- Texas Legislative process expertise required
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Superior written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with federal/state grant compliance
