Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Strong knowledge of New York State government operations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management and public engagement
