- Present findings to stakeholders through executive summaries and presentations
- Maintain compliance with state regulatory requirements and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, or Stata)
- Deep knowledge of California state legislative processes
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional in-person meetings)
