Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex state policies to recommend evidence-based improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop legislative proposals and regulatory frameworks

- Monitor policy implementation outcomes and adjust strategies based on performance metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in government policy analysis or public sector roles

- Proven ability to interpret complex legislation and regulatory documents
