Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and evaluate complex policy issues affecting Pennsylvania residents
- Develop actionable policy recommendations for legislative and executive stakeholders

Qualifications

- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, or R) and policy drafting software
