Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or nonprofit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, Stata)
- Demonstrated success in developing evidence-based policy solutions
- Strong understanding of Colorado's legislative processes
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
