Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate complex health policies through quantitative/qualitative research and stakeholder engagement
- Analyze legislative impacts and draft actionable recommendations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement public health initiatives
- Present findings to legislative committees, community partners, and executive leadership
- Lead crisis response protocols for public health emergencies
- Manage grant-funded projects with multi-million dollar budgets
- Mentor junior analysts and coordinate interdepartmental task forces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or healthcare
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, Stata)
- Demonstrated success in translating data into policy recommendations
- Experience with Massachusetts state legislative processes
- Strong project management skills with budget oversight
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to obtain security clearance
