Responsibilities

- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments for ongoing government projects.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and communicate project updates.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Research best practices in public administration to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government program analysis or public sector project management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of Ohio state government processes and regulations is highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain a background check and meet security clearance requirements.
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
