Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 5+ years experience in government or non-profit administration
- Proven budget management and strategic planning expertise
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel)
- Valid Kentucky driver's license
- Strong knowledge of municipal governance frameworks
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
