Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to department staff including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Process personnel transactions and maintain accurate records using state systems
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting coordination and applicant screening
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation
- Respond to public inquiries with professionalism and clarity regarding state services
- Support departmental projects through data collection and report compilation
- Ensure compliance with state policies and procedures in all daily tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Must pass background check and fingerprint clearance
