- Design and execute city-wide public health campaigns targeting underserved communities
- Manage $2M+ annual health program budgets with rigorous fiscal oversight
- Coordinate with CDC and CA Department of Public Health for policy alignment
- Lead crisis response teams during public health emergencies
- Develop data-driven health equity metrics and impact reports
- Supervise 15+ multidisciplinary staff members
- Forge strategic partnerships with non-profits and healthcare providers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in government public health leadership
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Expertise in health equity frameworks and community engagement
- Proficient in health data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- CA Public Health credential or equivalent
- Demonstrated success managing complex intergovernmental projects
