Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health strategies for Marion County
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives addressing health disparities
- Manage $2M+ annual grant budgets and compliance reporting
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform policy recommendations
- Supervise team of 15+ health professionals and interns
- Present findings to city council and community stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 5+ years experience in government/public health administration
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent
- Expertise in grant writing and federal compliance (CDC/HHS)
- Strong data analysis skills with Tableau/SPSS proficiency
- Proven crisis management and emergency response leadership
- Valid Indiana driver's license
