Responsibilities
- Develop and implement county-wide public health strategies aligned with state/federal guidelines
- Oversee emergency response protocols for health crises and pandemics
- Manage cross-departmental initiatives with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Analyze health data to identify trends and allocate resources effectively
- Lead public education campaigns on disease prevention and wellness
- Supervise 15+ staff members and manage $2M+ annual budget

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in government/public health management
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent credential
- Proven crisis management and policy development expertise
- Advanced data analysis skills with health information systems
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
- Maryland driver's license and clean record
