Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health policies and programs
- Oversee $2M+ budget allocation and resource management
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ healthcare professionals
- Analyze epidemiological data to drive strategic decision-making
- Coordinate emergency response initiatives with federal agencies
- Manage compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations
- Conduct community outreach and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in government/public health administration
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Proficiency in health data analytics tools (Tableau, SAS)
- Strong knowledge of CMS and VA healthcare regulations
- Experience managing federal grant-funded programs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Virginia driver's license
