Responsibilities

- Develop and implement community health intervention strategies
- Analyze complex health data using SAS, R, or Python
- Coordinate inter-agency disaster preparedness initiatives
- Manage grant-funded public health programs
- Train frontline healthcare workers on emerging health threats
- Prepare policy briefs for state legislative committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or Epidemiology
- 3+ years of state/local government public health experience
- Valid Texas Public Health certification
- Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Emergency management certification (NIMS/ICS)
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish
- Experience with CDC reporting systems
- Valid Texas driver's license
