Responsibilities
- Develop and implement public health emergency response protocols
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform policy recommendations
- Coordinate inter-agency health initiatives with federal/state partners
- Manage grant-funded community health programs
- Conduct health impact assessments for local legislation
- Lead community outreach and stakeholder engagement
- Prepare comprehensive public health reports for county leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 5+ years of public health policy analysis experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) designation preferred
- Experience with grant management and reporting
- Advanced statistical analysis skills (SPSS/R required)
- Valid Nevada driver's license
- US citizenship required for government clearance
- Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred
