Responsibilities
- Design and implement public health data analytics frameworks
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for Board of Supervisors
- Lead cross-departmental emergency response coordination
- Manage federal/state grant compliance and reporting
- Conduct community health needs assessments
- Mentor junior analysts and interns
- Present findings to senior leadership and public stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 5+ years government/public health experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAS, R, or SPSS
- Valid California Driver's License
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Demonstrated experience with grant management
- Clear background check and security clearance eligibility
