Responsibilities
- Analyze complex health data to identify emerging trends and develop evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement public health programs
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders including policymakers
- Monitor program effectiveness using KPIs and recommend strategic improvements
- Lead community outreach initiatives to promote health education and equity
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public health analysis or research
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, SPSS) and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated experience with health policy development and program evaluation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate data for diverse audiences
- Valid California driver's license and ability to travel to field sites
