Responsibilities
- Design and implement epidemiological studies to track disease trends and assess intervention efficacy
- Develop evidence-based public health policies and strategic action plans
- Analyze complex health datasets using statistical software (e.g., SAS, R)
- Collaborate with community stakeholders and government agencies on health initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for leadership and public dissemination

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive public health experience with local government
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools
- Proven track record in developing community health interventions
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Strong grant writing and project management experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills for diverse audiences
- Valid California driver's license
