Responsibilities
- Analyze complex epidemiological data to identify health disparities and inform policy recommendations
- Develop and implement community health assessment frameworks aligned with national standards
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives with diverse community partners
- Manage grant-funded projects totaling $500K+ annually
- Present findings to senior leadership and public boards using data visualization tools
- Mentor junior analysts and coordinate inter-departmental task forces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in public health analysis or policy development
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, SAS) and GIS mapping
- Experience with community needs assessments and health equity frameworks
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends for community events
