Responsibilities
- Analyze complex health data to identify trends and inform county-wide intervention strategies
- Develop evidence-based public health policies and implementation plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate emergency response protocols
- Secure and manage federal/state health program funding through grant applications
- Present findings to county officials and community stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CDC, and AZ Department of Health standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in government/public health analytics
- Advanced proficiency in SAS, R, or SPSS statistical software
- Certified Public Health Professional (CPH) credential preferred
- Demonstrated experience with grant writing and program evaluation
- Strong knowledge of Arizona public health regulations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
