Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based health education curricula for diverse populations
- Coordinate community outreach initiatives in Fresno County's high-priority neighborhoods
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and intervention needs
- Train community health workers and partner organizations on best practices
- Secure grant funding and manage program budgets for public health initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive reports for county commissioners and state health agencies
- Leverage social media and digital platforms for health promotion campaigns
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Health Education, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in community health program implementation
- Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) credential required
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Knowledge of California public health regulations and Title X requirements
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
