Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response operations during public health crises
- Develop and implement disaster preparedness plans for vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to guide resource allocation during outbreaks
- Leverage GIS technology for real-time emergency mapping and situational awareness
- Train community partners on public health emergency protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in public health emergency response
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent credential
- Expertise in incident command systems (ICS) and NIMS protocols
- Advanced data analysis skills with public health datasets
- Experience managing multi-agency coalitions during crises
- Proficient in GIS mapping and emergency response software
- Valid Florida driver's license
