- Train healthcare staff and emergency responders on public health protocols
- Manage federal grant funding for emergency preparedness initiatives

- Oversee distribution of emergency medical supplies and vaccines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in public health emergency response coordination
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) credential required
- Proven experience managing crisis communications with diverse stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of NIMS/ICS frameworks and FEMA guidelines
- Strong data analysis skills for epidemiological reporting
- Ability to work 24/7 during declared emergencies with minimal notice
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and ability to travel statewide
