Responsibilities
- Design and implement population health programs targeting Dallas communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends
- Coordinate with state agencies and community partners for health initiatives
- Develop grant proposals and manage public health budgets
- Conduct health education workshops and outreach events
- Lead crisis response for public health emergencies
- Prepare reports for city council and health department leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years of public health program management experience
- Valid Texas Department of State Health Services certification
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS/STATA and data visualization tools
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Strong knowledge of CDC protocols and HIPAA compliance
- Excellent written/verbal communication and bilingual Spanish skills
