Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations

- Analyze health trends and prepare comprehensive reports for county leadership

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in public health program management
- Valid Texas Public Health Professional certification
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated experience with emergency response protocols
- Strong grant writing and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
