Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health initiatives targeting community health disparities
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to coordinate emergency preparedness responses
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and recommend interventions
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
- Conduct community outreach and education programs on health equity topics

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R
- Experience with grant writing and federal/state compliance
- Valid Maryland driver's license
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
