Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive policy frameworks for metropolitan governance challenges
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis using SPSS/R to evaluate program effectiveness
- Collaborate with 15+ county departments on cross-functional initiatives
- Present findings to the Board of Supervisors and stakeholder coalitions
- Lead legislative drafting and regulatory compliance reviews
- Manage $2M+ budget allocation for pilot programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in government policy analysis with measurable impact
- Expertise in quantitative policy evaluation methods
- CA Public Policy Institute certification preferred
- Proficiency in ArcGIS and Tableau for spatial data visualization
- Demonstrated success in securing state/federal grants
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
