Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex policy issues across state departments

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative data analysis and statistical software
- Demonstrated success in developing actionable policy recommendations
- Strong understanding of Illinois state government operations
