Responsibilities

- Monitor policy implementation outcomes and recommend improvements
- Represent agency at community meetings and stakeholder forums
- Manage grant compliance and reporting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government/nonprofit sector
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Strong knowledge of California state legislative processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with public budgeting and grant management
- Valid California Driver's License
