Responsibilities
- Manage multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects including roadways and drainage systems
- Coordinate with federal/state agencies for grant compliance and funding
- Lead cross-departmental teams for emergency response initiatives
- Develop and implement public works policy improvements
- Oversee contractor compliance and quality assurance protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Public Administration required
- Minimum 5 years experience in municipal public works
- Valid Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license

- Experience managing emergency response projects
