Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-classical hybrid system integration
- Develop quantum-safe cryptographic protocols for enterprise clients
- Conduct cutting-edge research in topological qubit stability
- Design quantum simulation environments for material science applications
- Advise C-suite on quantum adoption roadmaps and ROI projections
- Author whitepapers on quantum computing best practices for industry standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Proficiency in Q#, Qiskit, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Strong background in complex system optimization and parallel computing
- Certification in Quantum Security (QSE) preferred
