Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and implement schema markup to enhance site performance and crawlability.
- Lead on-page optimization initiatives, collaborating with content teams to ensure semantic relevance and keyword intent alignment.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics, Search Console, and proprietary tools to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage and mentor junior SEO analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of increasing organic traffic and conversions for enterprise-level websites.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO concepts, including site architecture, core web vitals, and indexation.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
