Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Lead architecture reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including analysts, UX/UI designers, and project managers.
- Ensure code quality, security compliance, and performance standards are met across all development projects.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to resolve complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and government standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, React, or Angular.
- Strong experience with SQL Server and database design principles.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
- Ability to obtain a favorable background check and government security clearance.
