Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications for federal government contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security compliance (FISMA/NIACAP standards).
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers within the team.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Active Secret or Top Secret (TS/SCI) Security Clearance is required.
- Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or .NET.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipelines.
