Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test enterprise-level software solutions for federal clients.
- Analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and performance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing federal systems to ensure 100% uptime.
- Prepare technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user manuals.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or IT support within a federal environment.
- Proficiency in Linux, Python, and scripting languages.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards (FISMA, DIACAP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
