Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-quality software solutions for federal clients using Agile methodologies.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to coding standards and security protocols (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system architects and project managers, to define technical requirements and system architecture.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement scalable fixes in a cloud-based environment (AWS/Azure).
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with government contracting environments and security clearance processes is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
