Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that can handle future growth and complexity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team of senior developers and architects.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate strategic vision into actionable technical specifications.
- Drive innovation initiatives, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, GenAI) for integration.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and agile development methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Senior/Lead technical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
