Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain complex server infrastructure and virtualization environments.
- Oversee network security protocols, firewall configurations, and disaster recovery planning.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve system performance.
- Manage and optimize cloud resources (AWS/Azure) for scalability and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration, networking, or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or AWS Solutions Architect are highly preferred.
- Proven experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
