Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the enterprise server infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime for state applications.
- Administer Active Directory, manage user accounts, and enforce security policies across all domains.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware and software issues for internal clients.
- Implement and monitor network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- Coordinate software deployments and system upgrades in alignment with IT governance standards.
- Document system configurations, processes, and technical procedures for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems administration or network engineering.
- Active certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or MCSE: Linux.
- Strong working knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation and task management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
