Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system architecture, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and junior developers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis or IT project management.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C# and experience with relational databases (SQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies.
- Deep understanding of government compliance standards, security protocols, and data privacy laws (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
