In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for critical technical roles, from defining job requirements to closing top-tier offers. You will work closely with C-level executives and engineering managers to build a robust talent pipeline that drives our growth strategy.

Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social networking, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Hiring Managers and Engineering Leads to understand technical requirements, define job profiles, and align on hiring timelines.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking events, campus recruiting, and proactive outreach.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscapes to advise on compensation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering, data science, or product roles.
- Technical Aptitude: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical concepts (e.g., Java, Python, React, Cloud Infrastructure).
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Soft Skills: High level of curiosity, resilience, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
