  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking events, campus recruiting, and proactive outreach.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering, data science, or product roles.
  • Technical Aptitude: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical concepts (e.g., Java, Python, React, Cloud Infrastructure).
  • Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
